I am an FAU Alumni with a BBA double major in International Business and Management (Entrepreneurship). I am striving for an exciting career in which I can really put my skills to the test and provide successful results to my fellow colleagues and team members. I look forward to a challenge in which I can grow and expand on my potential both personally and in my career.Currently I work in the financial industry and thus I constantly deal with a wide variety of customers and situations of all sorts. My experience and skill sets include customer-oriented service, risk management, professionalism and public etiquette, efficiency in time management and various levels of multitasking. I enjoy the challenge of learning new and exciting skills.I consider myself to be very organized, productive, focused, optimistic and very success-driven. My fluency in Spanish and English have opened doors to many opportunities to help various types of customers and social groups. Throughout the jobs I've held in the past, I have learned to manage risk, take advantage of my time wisely and I have also acquired the skill to go those extra miles in order to serve and meet the clients needs in ways that they did not expect. I am a strong believer of treating others as you would like to be treated and thus I, in my own career field, attempt to make my customer service skills more "human" and less script-like. Thus, I hope to take what I learned in the classroom and put into effect in my own career field and create a passion in what I do.
