Black Knight was acquired by ICE, and I am still working with the Professional Services team in the Servicing Technologies division that provides consulting, training, and mentoring services that wrap around the core MSP platform that contains the system administration, customer service, escrow administration, and business workflow tool sets. Primarily working with a team that actively integrates new technologies in the industry and develops innovative methods for performing data analytics and integration. We provide external client services which include new client conversions to the MSP platform, data integration, analytics/reporting assistance, and short- and long-term training and consulting.
