Ltd, Bangalore - Build to suite facility of 250,000 sq ft. Completed 3 phases of high end Fit out works including Server rooms, Training rooms, Service rooms, Cafeteria, Conference halls and labs at Embassy Golf links with majority of Imported material and equipment including infrastructure equipment viz., 300tr Chillers, 2000kva DGs, AHUS, BMS, Access control systems, etc.

Successfully managed construction of Green field IT Campus as Techno commercial manager including the Technical Procurement, Tender management , Contract management , Billing and commercial closeout.- GE Capital International Services Ltd, Hyderabad - Green Field IT campus of 4,50,000 sq ft. Completed the 12 Acre campus consisting of Processing Center, Learning Center, Residential Facility, Cafeteria, DG Yard, HT yard, STP, WTP, Plant Rooms. External development works including roads and landscaping, overcoming various adverse variables during the project.

Successfully completed the world class green field campus as Senior Engineer Techno commercial including Pre construction activities, tendering, Contracts, Billing and commercial closeout.- Indian School of Business (ISB)- Green Field campus, Hyderabad: spread over 250 acres at Gachibowli, Hyderabad, with zones like Academic Center, Student Villages, Executive Housing, Visiting Faculty Housing, Permanent Faculty Housing, Recreation Center, 66kva ht yard, STP, WTP, Artificial Lake, Internal Roads, Pathways, External Development works and landscaping, etc. Cohering to the deadlines set by the client.
