About Carla Boling

I have 10 years experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Through the years I have trained a variety of people with different levels of fitness, from high school atheletes to those with physical challenges. All have benefited by the safe, consistent and motivating instruction they have received. In 2007 I started Power Pilates System Training. This method of Pilates instruction follows a classical systematic and intregrative approach to Pilates instruction. As I have practiced this method of Pilates, my level of fitness has improved greatly. I am bringing this area of expertise into all of my training. My goal is to insure that my clients have functional strength and flexibility. In doing this they will have beautifully healthy bodies.

    We offer state of the art, classical Pilates instruction on all of the Pilates apparatus following the Power Pilates method. Mat classes are also offered during the week.Our personal trainers are qualified, experienced and highly motivated. All body conditioning programs are designed on an individual basis. Measurements, body fat testing and postural analysis are included in all our personal training and Pilates packages.Kettlebell training and classes are available also. We follow the Russian Kettlebell Certification standards for teaching. Whether the need is for athletic conditioning or weight loss and toning Kettlebells are a great addition to your workout program.
