About Chris Bevan

I have been designing and orchestrating the delivery of transformational change for over 35 years. Over the past 25 years I have been privileged to lead several assignments across different industries, in the UK, USA and Europe. Frustrated by large consultancies that continue to adopt an inflexible operational and narrow approach to transformation, I developed a collaborative, design led approach which includes the structural, operational, human, behavioural and cultural elements of the transformed organisation. This anything but “operational” in approach.I am strong willed, resourceful and enjoy influencing the thoughts of others, but like to gain consensus and only press my will as a last option. Through this, I am able to get leaders to move out of their comfort zone and create an environment of clear expectation.I am loyal to social ideals and always look for the good in other people and champion the underdog. I have little time for people who abuse their position of influence and like to see the fair application of justice. I absolutely love the interaction with others and care passionately about people, I am fair minded with an egalitarian outlook.I am always open to change and fresh initiatives and believe in leveraging the knowledge and experience of the whole team. I am also an experienced NED and Chairman and am actively open to additional roles.SPECIALITIESChange & Transformation Design & Delivery | Stakeholder Influence & Engagement | High Performing Teams | Cultural Evolution |Target Operating Model Design | Programme Leadership, Design & Delivery | | Team Creation & Leadership | Business Performance Improvement | Strategic Partnerships & Relationships | IndustriesRetail | Finance | Supply Chain | Telecommunication | Professional Services | IT | Manufacturing | Education.
