Caroline earned a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University (NCCU) School of Law. While in law school, Caroline was Executive Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review and was recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) for completing over 75 hours of pro bono service, including service in NCCU’s Wills Clinic. Caroline also volunteered as a law clerk to the D.C. Superior Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She practiced as an Associate Attorney at Walker Lambe in the firm’s Trust and Estate administration department. She is currently a Staff Attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson in the Raleigh office. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Asian Studies from Elon University. While attending Elon University she joined the Omicron Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the Mu Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi (the largest co-ed professional business fraternity). She was inducted into Pi Alpha Sigma, the National Political Science Honor Society and was recognized as a LINCS (Leader in Collaborative Service) volunteer with the Elon Kernodle Center for Service Learning.  Outside of the practice of law, Caroline enjoys developing her yoga and meditation practice, running, and spending time with her family.
