Responsible for results of 3 Roche Business Units in assigned national accounts. Directed contract negotiations and pricing, strategy development, execution and accountability for National Account Performance. Enhanced and originated customer relationships at the Executive level resulting in :● Delivered incremental revenue by winning Preferred contractual position with United Health Care for Diabetes and Point of Care testing equipment, implemented and executed exclusive diabetes disease management program with all case management nurses in the United Health Care system, resulting in $36M in new annual revenue.● Negotiated 4 National Pharmacy Benefit Manager contracts, including Express Scripts, Optum Rx, PCS and DPS, implemented and designed market share pull-through programs, increasing Roche share position by 15% in 12 months.
