As an intern, I was trained on the basic responsibilities of a PACS Administrator. I responded tocustomers quickly to resolve any issues. I was also responsible for creating reports needed for themonthly meeting with the leadership. During this time I spent any down time trying to automatesome of the tasks for my co-workers. As well as working with the PACS Admin team, I would workwith the Systems Engineers once a week to assist with any backend work they had for me. Thisconsisted of the use of batch files and database queries.

I served as a driver for the Army National Guard. My duties were to maintain basic soldier tasksand to improve my proficiency of the tasks. I was in charge of maintenance on a vehicle to which Iwas assigned. I was also responsible for being prepared to be called at any time as part of the Stateof Michigan first responders if requested by the governor.

After completing basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO I was stationed at Ft. Hood, TX. There Iperformed basic law and order operations until my deployment to Iraq in May, 2007.While in Iraq my duties included maintenance and operation of military vehicles and weapons,training of Iraqi Police, provided security for base personnel and VIP’s.
