Responsible for driving branch performance results through direction, leadership and execution of superior sales and service behaviors and activities by managing the entire team in order to meet/exceed branch sales goals. Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of a branch, and ensures effective execution of the Branch Operating Model.

Assist management, submit/receive domestic and foreign wires, accounts payables, submit daily security transfers, ATM/Debit card ordering, Reg E (ATM/Debit) card disputes, audit certifications, branch cash and savings bond ordering, answering phones, screening calls, entering data, filing, faxing, copying documents, screening resumes, scheduling appointments and interviews, greeting clients and applicants, keeping office supply well stocked, and other duties as assigned

Work with clients to tailor the best mortgage program that fits their individual needs. Originate, process, close and fund mortgage loans. Balance trust accounts.

Supervise the smooth operation of all teller functions. Assigns and delegates duties. Follows all policies and procedures and complies with applicable regulations, especially as they pertain to audit, security and compliance. Maintain optimal teller performance in service, quality, accuracy, efficiency, and risk management. Assist in developing a schedule for regular sales, service, operational and security meetings for the teller staff and ensure that meetings are conducted as planned.
