I exhibit tact, diplomacy and professionalism when performing administration and managerial duties, such as corresponding with corporate clients, analysing driver’s statements and issuing staff rotas. I have demonstrated high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when analysing data from driver’s statements, to ensure that the appropriate commission have been received. I ensure that taxi pickups and drop-offs are dispatched according to the most time and cost-effective method. During my role as a Taxi Base Operator I developed my organisational and time management skills; being able to effectively prioritize my time between communicating with customers and taxi drivers whilst creating new bookings and inputting data into the dispatch system. I pay great attention to detail whilst performing administration when meeting customer needs at Corky's cars. Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and readily available to the drivers; In particular when following the flight schedules at airport pick -ups and child seating at school runs.Attached is a leaflet that I designed for Corkys Cars.

As Assistant Manager, my role involved cash handling, cashing up tills, till floats, managing staff effectively, stock check & rotation, changing barrels & gas within the cellar, and taking in delivery. This role allowed me to learn to work independently and make fast judgement calls during busy periods. I have the ability to make quick business decision and manage staff.

I worked in the building industry doing general labouring and groundwork's. Some of the work which I did included, laying electric, gas and water cables as well as installing new drains and setting out buildings. I gained many skills whilst working there such as teamwork and communication skills. It also helped me build my self-confidence and helped my problem solving skills, for example if a part of the building that I had set out did not correspond to the schematics.

I worked behind the bar and as waiting staff, some of the work I was required to carry out whilst at work would be, serving customers, taking food orders, serving drinks from behind the bar, I have learnt many skills from this job including team work, and it has boosted my self-confidence as I have to talk to customers on a regular basis.
