MedArrive provided patients with in-home care augmented by telehealth to reduce avoidable ED and inpatient utilization. We completed more than 11,000 visits with 5,000+ patients for 12 health plan partners over 3 years.I led a team in building our data infrastructure from scratch. Once built, I was responsible for data engineering, data science, and BI. As we grew, my responsibilities expanded to also include operational finance (pricing, ROI) and platform strategy. Throughout, I was heavily involved in our care delivery model, marketing strategy, and account management.

Led a small team supporting the quality org's $4B portfolio by using recommendation systems, forecasting, and prescriptive analytics.Our work was presented in multiple forums internally, including the C-suite, due to our cross-functional approach and impact.

Supported the ~$1B retail banking distribution strategy by using geospatial analytics, network analysis, and recommendation systems. Studied the energy industry broadly and developed data-driven insights for board presentations, conference keynotes, and industry publications, including one of the industry's most cited white papers in 2016. Initiated and led internal analytics working group of 25 MBAs.
