I am a sophomore at Indiana University, majoring in Sports Marketing and Management, driven by a passion for the sports industry and the strategic aspects of marketing. My experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and business operations. My professional journey began at R&A Sourdough, where I managed point-of-sale operations, customer interactions, and inventory management. This role taught me how to adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Currently, I am interning at Wow Bao in Chicago, where I am gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments, including accounting, supply chain, and marketing.
