Identify opportunities to automate or improve procedures, and aid developers in troubleshooting/analysis where able.Additional responsibilities include: Continued support of MSSQL Server 2019 Master Data Service, as the primary master data mapping platform, allowing business owners control of their mapping data.Administrative: Documentation maintenance in Confluence, maintaining a ServiceNow ticket queue, Jira to a lesser extent. We also generate deployment approval compliance data, to identify trends for potential process revisions or coaching. Identify ways where code or process could be more performant, and recommend change. Talend Management Console is used for data pipeline promotion/administration, most typically for data coming from external sources. Linux knowledge is required for Talend Engine maintenance such as key rotation or security. System security is monitored by a separate Information Security department.
