TTEC's Google Cloud Administration team operates under the guidance and minimal supervision of the Enterprise Architect and Data & Analytics Director. We are a 3 person team responsible for administration of Google Cloud Platform software release cycle, within IT Change Management control/SOX regulation. Software deployments taking place are primarily within GCP during steady state: BigQuery, IAM, Cloud Functions, VertexAI, Cloud Composer/Airflow, serving as the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Looker platform is managed through Github CI/CD (Terraform). Identify opportunities to automate or improve procedures, and aid developers in troubleshooting/analysis where able.Additional responsibilities include: Continued support of MSSQL Server 2019 Master Data Service, as the primary master data mapping platform, allowing business owners control of their mapping data.Administrative: Documentation maintenance in Confluence, maintaining a ServiceNow ticket queue, Jira to a lesser extent. We also generate deployment approval compliance data, to identify trends for potential process revisions or coaching. Identify ways where code or process could be more performant, and recommend change. Talend Management Console is used for data pipeline promotion/administration, most typically for data coming from external sources. Linux knowledge is required for Talend Engine maintenance such as key rotation or security. System security is monitored by a separate Information Security department.

Google Cloud Platform Administration, SQL Administration for new BI data pipelines built with Dataform, deployed through workflow from Github to GCP Production. Code reviewer/deployment admin for Dataform. Use of Jira, ServiceNow for approvals, Github as the version control system.Standardize & document new Master Data Management initiatives, practices, and assist developers as an SME. Direct ownership of mapping reduces IT ticket volume, allowing the source teams to manage their mappings in a real-time self-validating model.

Data Governance and Data Quality for multiple BPO clients, as infrastructure changes over time. Microsoft SQL Server Master Data Service administrator, as part of enterprise transformation, partnering with data architects and engineers for a winning future data warehouse strategy.

Enterprise Intelligence Data SME, responsible for data mapping and flows impacting invoicing for multiple BPO clients.

Responsibilities include:Initiate or provide reporting/process improvements and standardization.Manage internal web evolution/content in Jive/Sharepoint 2013/2016 for the WFM scope.Assist developer and project teams as a domain SME.Provide mock-up code snips to the developers in SQL, basic MDX, Pseudocode/flowchart, to outline business requirements effectively for application changes.Develop reports using PowerPivot/DAX as appropriate, doing fact-finding exercises.Assist training with providing literature and training materials (including audio/video screencasts).Some light work with basic SQL, involving an Aspect eWFM database in Oracle, as well as a SQL Server 2012 database.Accomplishments:Provided initial Business Analysis activities on the StaffPoint Staff Planning system project, for its long term evolution, as well as act as a subject matter expert on the system.Provided support and established support processes for StaffPoint, a system which streamlines workforce staff planning activities for over 400 client programs, and growing. Streamlined and reduced manual exclusion/exception activity for StaffPoint by nearly 80% through recommending improvements in the process data integration.Development of report items, such as a simple process for automated mass data audits.SME for move from manual reporting to PowerPivot, and then from PowerPivot to SSAS/SSRS (MSBI).Business requirements / SME for HR-to-Aspect Workforce Management integration.Creation of an error-checking mini-frontend for the SOA mapping database tied to the HR-to-Aspect Workforce Management integration, to be used by WFM Admin Team.

Manage client systems login and access control for the @home and Local sites.Handle assignment pool of Avaya call switch log-ins on multiple business segments and CMS instances.Track ticket queue assignment, data transitions, and employee roster management.Administer Sharepoint (intranet) Site Collections, access control groups, custom workflows, and frontend code with Sharepoint Designer 2007. Also provide misc Microsoft Office Automation, screen scrapers, and Internet Explorer automation under Windows 7.Other relief duties as needed, or to be determined.
