Human Resource Information System Manager
Current• Oversee HR Analytics’ ongoing global responsibilities and projects, while ensuring quality processes within the HRIS area. Utilize & lead the team’s knowledge of HR concepts, practices and procedures, as well as business acumen, to establish sound processes and improve HR touchpoints within the business. Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize HR processes. Demonstrate global and cultural awareness while executing daily responsibilities.• Lead the maintenance of accurate global partner data and security across all HR functional areas via effective process controls and audits. Establish testing procedures for data integrity, process flows, adopting new system functionality and security access to sensitive partner data. • Optimize the use of our current Workday HCM & UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions systems through company-wide education and training, and the development of value-added reports. Lead the team to create accurate reports and metrics in a timely manner to provide insight and facilitate decision-making. Respond to ad hoc HR data requests. Establish processes to meet required government or third-party reporting or to satisfy external HR related audits.• Foster relationships and act as a liaison with Information Services, Payroll, third party vendors, and within HR Analytics to resolve existing programming issues and implement new processes. Serve as a liaison to resolve file interface issues or technical problems. Collaborate with global Payroll, IS and HR partners to prepare for and execute periodic system updates (Workday, Kronos, etc.). Collaborate with HR BST Managers and HRTLs at plant locations to better understand current situations through data, and work with them to develop solutions and process improvements.• Lead a team of HR Analysts. Provide HR support and consultation to other business areas that use HR data in their work. Present HR related information in a meaningful format.
