I have over 15 years of experience leading research, programme development and change initiatives for government agencies and purpose-driven organisations. Strategy and systems focused, I work with complexity, providing clarity around problems and translating insights into pragmatic solutions that achieve impactful change. I am currently a Senior Advisor Design and Innovation at MBIE, leading aspects of the Regulatory Stewardship Strategy 2023-2028. Working with business stakeholders, I co-design insights-driven resources and system improvement plans to inform better regulatory system stewardship.
