For the past 10 years, I have been working on the Service team for Wolters Kluwer/CT Corporation. I started as a Customer Specialist in May 2013 and moved up to the Major Account Teams in May 2015. In 2018, I was a key contributor to helping launch the Quality Service Team which provides coaching to service team members to strengthen their customer service abilities as well as streamline internal processes to increase proficiency with Salesforce. I grew to love working with Salesforce and decided to make it a career. I have now achieved my Salesforce Certification, and I am excited to combine my previous customer service skills and knowledge of the business- with my knowledge of Salesforce.
