Working closely as a product manager with key customers (Ncell, Nepal Telecom and Integrated Govt. Accounts) for product lines involving telecom power products & data center.  Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.  Perform product demos to customers, maintain product life cycle & strategize on optimum pricing. Prepare business case to guide customer on how they can improve their network KPI by properly positioning the product visibility.
