- Acting as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the accounts managed - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Converting the client needs into briefings for the creative/ production department - Preparing presentations, calendar of activities & reports - Following up the production process to ensure the final product will meet or exceed the client’s expectations. - Overseeing customer needs, introducing the new products or new trends for their line of business, insure continuity of business, increase the market share of the client & revenue of the company. - Event planning & managing

•Responsible for maintaining and data entry into the Claims History Database. •Following up all necessary documents for the claim files

•Coordinates all inquiries at the Front Desk; screens telephone calls and requests; and handles them when appropriate•Welcomes and entertains visitors, internal and external clients; interfaces with them; and administers necessary actions according to their requirements.•Organizes and deals with incoming and outgoing email, faxes and post and coordinate internal and external correspondence and communications.•Introducing new policies in the company network and issuing new policies for the walk in customers
