• Designed and Developed a Drinking Water Purification System to adhere to Ministry of the Environment’s new law 170/03 called the Process Sentinel. It is a hardware and LabView/C software system consisting of an embedded computer, data acquisition interface, National Instruments signal conditioning elements and water probes.• Responsibility/ ownership of development from inception to commercial release.• Recently designed three other products, a process auto-dialer, a cost-reduced version of the Process Sentinel called Reporter, a lighter version of Reporter called Guardian.

Microwave Laboratory:• Led a team of engineers in the validation and test of Microwave 24-42GHz PmP Broadband Networking systems.• Created a field validation laboratory from the ground up. Completely designed building layout, equipment and infrastructure; lab was built to contain 12 engineers for testing of system design issues and verification of customer problems• Designed and developed a complete LMDS PmP "network-on-a-bench" which had parameters automatically measured and documented through automation. Software Test & Measurement Automation was done through LabView and C, front end presentation of errors was done through a web page and the errors were stored in a simple MS-ACCESS database. • Design and implement IT infrastructure for entire laboratory back-end for telecom and telephony.Microwave Compliance:• Responsible for all national compliance with EU, FCC and Canadian authorities especially Part 101. • Led Nortel efforts to comply to Part 101/15/68 and worked with FCC with solidify Part 101 ruling.• Design and developed a test system for Part 101 compliance using LabView that parametrically tested transceivers up to 200GHz.Microwave/RF Test Engineering:• Designed and developed hardware and software production test systems using LabView to parametrically test and record transceiver measurements for up to 8 different product types while being environmentally cycled which was also under LabView control. The system was made to be self calibrating and easy to use by implementing LabView.
