Providing 3rd Line Support for existing customer base.System Architect for client projects including multiple VMware High Avalability enviroments and the introduction of vSAN.Designed & Implemented Veeam Cloud Connect enviroment (2PB+ of Storage plus DRaaS for Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere)

* Responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of IT services* Support users and network administrators over the telephone and by email* Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using the Support Management System* Maintain and develop the companies network infrastructure* Configuration and testing of hardware and software* Travelling to client sites to assist with installs, deployment and troubleshooting* Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems* TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair* Assistance with training of junior staff and compiling procedural documentation* Assisting the Team Manager with general duties* Applying patches in accordance to company procedures.
