Software EngineerUnit21 Aug 2021 - Mar 2023I worked with Unit21 in a remote capacity as a Software Engineer. I was involved in various verticals of the business, from KYC/Identity through to building a consortium to help send early fraud signals to companies about their users without sharing any PII. I was heavily involved in building the consortium, tasked with designing the algorithm to ensure full privacy protection while still getting good enough matches throughout the system. This had not been done before so was an exciting challenge to take up. Since I left Unit21 this system has been submitted for a patent.Overall working at Unit21 was a great experience.
