Construction supervisor in the construction of the polyol complex in Tiszaújváros, Hungary, a project with more than 12,000 tons of steel structure to be erected and a total budget of US $ 1.4 billion.- Technical inspections of geotechnical works, reinforced concrete structures and steel structures.- Coordination of subcontractors in various disciplines (Civil, Metal Structures, E&A, etc.).- Coordination with designers about RFIs and NCs.- Preparation of weekly report to the contractor on progress, quality of the work and the entry and exit of materials.- Coordination of the construction areas handover from one company to another.

- Creation of fabrication, erection and workshop drawings of steel structures, mainly for oil/gas industry, in Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.- Draft and detail complex steel structure 2D elements and 3D models according to customer requirements and standard practices.- Checking of 2D details and erection drawings and communicating potential problems or concerns with the design to the project team.- Generation of material list, compiling bolt lists, producing material take-offs for estimating and responding to RFI’s from the fabrication shop or field.

- Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures.- Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.- Met with municipal building department and other governing agency officials to coordinate approvals.- Edited project reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, permits and designs.- Visited project sites during construction to monitor progress and consult with contractors and on-site engineers.

- Took active role in the implementation of BIM methodology in projects for the municipality in order to increase productivity by making processes more efficient and also to meet the requirements of the new federal law for implementing BIM methodology in public works.- Prepared reports, designs, and drawings using REVIT.- Provided accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications.- Created full-scope cost estimates for bid builds and design building projects.- Calculated loads, designed and detailed building structures using CYPECAD, CYPE 3D and Tekla to identify design clashes.

- Scheduled labor, ordered materials and coordinated with other contractors to complete projects.- Read plans and blueprints and communicated them to workers.- Implemented safety procedures and verified workers wore proper safety attire to limit injuries and prevent accidents.- Served as point of contact for clients to deliver information on work progress and resolve on-site technical problems. - Coordinated site investigations, documented issues and escalated to executive teams as needed.- Created weekly and monthly reports and presentations for the management team.
