- Performs Recurring Work Program (RWP) maintenance and inspections on $3M of equipment to support 58 aircraft valued at $8.1B.- Deploys 34 mobile generators in support of power outages, sustaining three Wings & 50 partner organizations on Base.- Tests and repairs eight fire deluge suppression pumps valued at $20K; secures 15 aircraft hangars worth $200M - Evaluates/inspects/and maintains 24 Auto Transfer Switches valued at $150K, protecting Wing's critical buildings.- Tracks open work orders and labor hours of 22 personnel daily using the Interim Work Information Management System (IWIMS) program.- Manager of 20 workers ensuring all work is completed by priority and in a timely manner.- Operated and maintained 69 Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) generator sets and automatic transfer panels ranging in size from 1 to 3 megawatt, valued at $10M.- Performed operational inspections and intermediate level maintenance on 12 Mobile Electric Power (MEP) generators, six commercial emergency generators, four engine driven booster pumps and eight engine driven fire suppression pumps.- Conducted operational, maintenance and certification inspections on four Aircraft Arresting Systems (AAS).- Directly supervised eight personnel in two motor pool maintenance bays. Responsible for scheduling, labor, production control, dispatch of work orders, quality assurance inspections and maintenance on 340 vehicles valued at over $50M.- Performed depot level maintenance on 1151, 998 and 1114 model HUMVEE, heavy Expanded Mobile Tactical Truck (HEMTT) wrecker, and Palletized Loading System (PLS)

- Utilized computer programs Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), Commanders Resource Integration System (CRIS), Automated Business Services System (ABSS) to manage and brief Squadron finances.- Prepared and managed a variety of budgetary and administrative functions in formulating squadron's annual budget to ensure cost-effective support of the Mission.- Managed yearly Squadron budget worth $1.5M to ensure funds were legally being used in accordance with DOD and federal and Air Force directives.- Provided fund status, prepared obligation plans, identified excesses and shortages and initiated corrective actions.- Reviewed and analyzed monthly reports, developed spreadsheets to summarize data, and provided data extracts to provide ongoing status of squadron funds.- Advised and briefed leadership on daily expenditures of government funds to include government credit cards, active contracts, travel expenses, training and procurement of hazmat.- Government purchase card Billing Official- Defense Travel System (DTS) Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA)- Current Secret clearance from the US Air Force.- Reprogrammed funds between accounts to cover obligations and future purchases to ensure funds were in the correct locations at the proper time.Accomplishments:- As the Government Purchase Card Coordinator I had oversight of three card holders with a combined total of $600K in equipment purchases. All purchases were in accordance with government regulations and inventoried for accountability annually.- Processed $880K of Travel orders with zero delinquencies in voucher submittals.- Led three end of FY closeouts with all obligations identified and resolved prior to the deadline.- Drafted three FY spend plans using historical data and spending trends. Budget formulations included data from Zero Based Budget (ZBB) requirement yearly spend plans and monthly revisions to comply with government spending caps and continuing resolution.
