My role focussed on creating and spearheading the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing all marketing activity and managing a team of marketers and designers, enabling Movio to grow 500% over four years whilst securing a global market share of more than 29%. My key responsibilities included corporate marketing, brand messaging, employment branding, implementing Movio’s thought leadership strategy and managing events and PR.I have been on the marketing teams of global companies involved in B2C and B2B marketing, in the technology and entertainment industries, including Mattel Interactive, French telecommunications company Orange, and Vivendi Universal Games – now Activision Blizzard, responsible for renowned kids brands such as Mattel’s Barbie and Nickelodeon’s Rugrats. I also managed my own start-up for four years, bringing concierge services to the workplace thanks to technology, until it was acquired by the market leader.
