I am a former Ivy League athlete with over 10 years of professional sports, media, and entertainment experience. I graduated from Dartmouth College and hold a law degree from The University of Iowa and specialize in contracts, negotiations, and labor law. As a Director of Pro Personnel for an NFL team, I am always looking for ways to develop strategy, bridge operational gaps, optimize processes, and align vision. Through my varied academic, professional & life experiences, I have gained a unique skill set and perspective on the intersection of law, sports, media, entertainment, and technology. Over the course of my career, I have advised general managers, senior executives, and head coaches on draft selection, multi-million-dollar talent acquisition, and on-field strategy to compete in one of the most competitive stages in the world. My passion for the intersection of sports and law has helped me develop creative strategies and interpretations of the NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement to gain competitive advantages in roster management, player acquisition, and contract negotiation. I also leverage advanced analytics and my legal experiences to continually improve processes to drive digital transformation and develop creative strategies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and gain a competitive edge in all areas of my work. I serve on the board of Patricia Haley Charity, supporting underprivileged communities affected by cancer. I strive to increase awareness of the nonprofit’s offered services through marketing and networking while developing and maintaining relationships with community partners. A former Dartmouth athlete – I am passionate about cycling, mountaineering, snowboarding, yoga, financial investing, reading, and spending time with my family.
