•Educational organization (training and design of educational packages using new digital tools, eLearning platforms and FLE resources) adapted to young adults (17-24) facing extreme poverty and exclusion: former prisoners, victims of violence, disabled, out-of-school, living in the streets…•Teaching of English to fifteen adults 4 hours per week in Hanoi enhancing their listening, reading, writing and speaking skills

•In charge of film screenings and communication mediums•Implementing the Foundation's cultural and audiovisual programming in Berlin and around the world: finalization of cultural projects (8 Monthly Screenings in Berlin, Hamburg and Vienna, one 3D screening of 4 films on ecology on Paris Cop 21 etc.), production and preparation of technical supports (Cinema for Refugees in Syria, Turkey and Iraq, Themba, a Boy Called Hope in South Africa), monitoring the relations with more than 100 partners both German and non-German (institutional partners, producers, cultural operators, companies ...) and management of the overall budget•Management of communication campaigns: redaction of weekly newsletters, production of materials associated with our events (catalogs, flyers, programs) and regular update of our Facebook page and of the website

•Assisting the sales team: organization of a cocktail event for local businesses (sending of 120 invitations in the principality, coordination of food service and entertainment, distribution of gifts and collection of feedbacks), Corporate contracting (reviewing contents, layout and sending over 150 contracts) , new Corporate loyalty program (building around 70 contracts for a new market: the Scandinavian countries)•Data collection and analysis (local competition amount to 3 prestigious hotels, customers feedback of almost 40 conferences and stays in our 45 meeting rooms & 4 hotels )•Management of digital projects in collaboration with the SBM marketing team and our communication agency (creation of the montecarlomeeting brochure for our business clients, drawing of the maps of our new products): competitive intelligence, measurement of the benefits of our strategy, and readjustment •Improvement of sales expertise (sales tools: photo library, MICE Web site) and of the communication mediums (LinkedIn: weekly publications) via Photoshop and Indesign
