Started both shops from the ground up literally. I came into it with 16,000 square feet of empty space. I ended up turning that empty space into the most successful parts and accessory stores in New England for 2 years. I was sad to see it go under it was only a matter of time once Mototown USA closed their doors. I do not regret one minute I spent there because it was a great learning experience and I loved coming to work everyday.My duties included-All accounting duties-Responsible for all store opening and closing procedures-Handled all register closeouts and bank deposits-Cashed out all parts and service customers on POs system-Security of parts and service stores-Recruited, supervised, scheduled, and trained multiple employees-Customer and employee satisfaction-Motivated all employees to meet their weekly and monthly sales goals-Accountable for budget management and sales objectives-Account development and management-Developed and maintained all relationships with top industry companies, sales representatives and wholesale accounts-Inventory control management and restock-Responsible for all ordering, shipping and receiving (preseason, pre-book, interfacing and special orders.-Setup, cleaned and rearranged display to create new look and maintain stores good presentation-Coordinated and conducted all open houses, store advertisements, and store sponsored events-Setup, maintained and updated all computer hardware, software and website-Built and maintained EBAY store-Responsible for sales department including buying selling and maintaining all vehicles-Ordered and maintained all parts and supplies for Factory Service-Created work orders, estimates and booked appointments for Factory Service-Worked on customer bikes to help mechanic meet deadlines-Started and managed a Pro MX Race Team in the 07 AMA Outdoor Nationals.
