Managed program for Cadillac XV16 Concept Engine produced for the Cadillac Sixteen Concept car. From kickoff meeting to the first running on the dyno, design and manufacture of a complete running V16 engine spanned 7 months. Based off LS6 architecture with major modifications to the cylinder case design, purpose designed intake, sump, valve covers and dual throttles, the engine produced 1000 horsepower and 1000 ft-lbs torque. Perfect idle, driving characteristics and jewel like finish were additional requirements satisfied in the project.
