Chelsea Bollom Email and Phone Number
Hi, my name is Chelsea~! I am currently working as the Circulation Manager and Adult Services Librarian at the Keene Memorial Library. I have five years of experience working in a public library setting. I completed my Master's in Library Science from TWU with flying colors. I have been blessed to have worked with the libraries that I have which have allowed me to grow as a leader and find my strengths in the library world. I enjoy the social media aspect of libraries, cataloging, and collection development. I've been able to create and run my own programs from Tech Time with adults, two Craft programs, and storytime sessions for preschool classes and for the public. I love the community engagement you can create within the library and have enjoyed working with other city departments to create haunted mazes and haunted houses for the community truck-or-treat night. I have also enjoyed being more in an admin role at my current position. I find scheduling 16 people relaxing and like a puzzle when I have to juggle and manage programs, sick leave, vacation requests, and book-a-librarian sessions. I love being able to continue to expand and build up my skills and put them into practice! I can't wait to see what the future holds!
