As Director of Global Project Development I was responsible for providing successful planning, design and construction oversight and coordination of General Motors interest in the development of international capital projects throughout Asia Pacific and Europe. In this position I was the liaison between the project team and General Motors business group managers and senior leadership.I have led teams in all aspects of project development including: feasibility studies, site selection, architectural / engineering services, contract negotiations, construction, FF&E, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing all aspects of complex multi-use real estate projects; concept through design, construction and operational start-up.
