Hypsography was a collection of photographs and writing through which I investigated the nature of patterns and processes. Through the work collected on Hypsography, I explored how to represent phenomena that are fundamentally time-based in forms that are precise and accurate, yet not themselves intrinsically tied to change over time.

Hypsometry, my design studio, specialized in traditional typography and design patterns applied to the web. Through Hypsometry, I created standards-compliant, accessible, progressive, elegant websites and web applications. Rejaw was Infoteria's second attempt to create a strong, articulate community on the web. At the time, we described it as real-time social microblogging.Under the surface, it was a Ruby on Rails application, with other components (architected by Danny Burkes) facilitating the real-time updating. I was responsible for all front-end design and development.

Infoteria Corporation USA was founded as a social web offshoot of Infoteria, a Japanese enterprise software firm. I was hired on a consulting basis in the spring of 2006 to do the initial design work on Lingr, and came on board full time as Design Director in January 2007. Our doors closed in the summer of 2009.During that time, we created Lingr and Rejaw.

Lingr, in its original incarnation, was a Web 2.0 chat application. We launched it in the summer of 2006 and shut it down officially in the summer of 2009. It was a product of Infoteria Corporation USA. I worked as the company's Design Director and as the project's front–end designer and developer.I was responsible for all aspects of Lingr's front-end.
