Engineering Leadership:April 2018 - March 2019: Led the development & delivery of a major component of Quantum Cloud Services (QCS), and supported ongoing feature development post-launch. Served roles as technical lead, project manager interfacing with key components within the rest of the org, and individual contributor for a team of 5.April 2017 - December 2017: Led a team of 4 physicists responsible for one of Rigetti's R&D Quantum Computers, driving experimental results leading to the development of research papers and the launch of Rigetti's first cloud platform, Forest 1.0. Contributed extensively to the development of python-based software platform used to drive internal experimentation.Engineering contributions:April 2019 - October 2020: Worked on internal Julia projects for an R&D team at Rigetti developing better chip design and simulation tools.December 2017 - March 2018: Contributed to several Forest 1.X releases, including developments of key features in pyQuil, Rigetti's python SDK for writing quantum algorithms.November 2016 - March 2017: Member of a team of 5 physicists driving experiments on one of Rigetti's R&D Quantum Computers. Software development in python.

As cofounder, I formulated the product concept, created the UI/UX, and implemented the front end and back end engineering. I have contributed extensively to the formulation of the machine learning problems being solved, and have spent some time in the ML code base.

I taught a variety of undergraduate courses for the Columbia Physics Department, from undergraduate labs and lecture hall-sized recitations, to open office hour problem solving.
