I am a senior technology executive and C-suite leader (CTO and CISO) with 20 years+ of experience building information security and technology infrastructures for global organizations. I am passionate about driving technology and innovation, building high-performing technology teams, and showing business teams what technology can do for organizations in a rapidly changing world. I began my career in highly technical roles, acquiring an in-depth understanding of technology across multiple touch points which allowed me to speak the language of the engineer while quickly applying my technical skills in the business world. From 2002 to 2021, I have worked for Rolex SA, the world’s leading luxury watch manufacturer, in a variety of multiple senior technology roles, both at its headquarters in Geneva and at the U.S. holding company in New York. My roles have been a mix of C-suite and high-level executive technology positions where I have leveraged my ability to adapt to new corporate and geographic cultures, drive technology initiatives, and build business alignment. Some of my key areas of focus include leading digital transformation, implementing and modernizing new technologies, organizing new security systems, and helping to define and implement the global IT strategy.Since 2021, I have come back to my original passion, Information Security. I joined the Mirabaud Group to pilot Information and Cyber Security as well as Information Risk Management during this crucial period of digital transformation. As a technology executive, I bring the two worlds of technology and business together to bridge gaps of understanding and trust to create high-functioning, easy-to-use applications. I thrive on serving as a trusted business partner to influence stakeholders while also ensuring that technology functions remain capable, efficient, and trustworthy for the business enterprise. I am energized by finding and retaining talent, organizing and promoting people in the right functions, and inspiring and mentoring technology team members.
