Working with all segments of the electrical construction supply, I am developing specifications and driving sales of lighting and lighting controls. Notable projects include Fontainebleau, Durango Station, Atomic Golf, and many others.

In this position I represented LEDVANCE direct in southern Utah, southern Nevada, and northern Arizona markets. Before my departure, I was on pace to meet and exceed 2021 1st quarter sales goals. In 2020, I exceeded more than 80+% of my sales budget, outperforming the company's national performance. I drove specifications and provided solutions for distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users, including large national clients with multi-location in multiple states. I also was planned, scripted, and shot a video series called RepClips that were short and informative videos for new and innovative products and used by the national sales force.

I worked with commercial end users and electrical contractors to help develop solutions to help customers save energy in lighting. I achieved 100+% of my sales budget in 2017 and was on pace to achieve my sales budget in 2018. I preformed energy audits, designed lighting layouts, provided light control designs, specified lighting solutions, and assisted with NV Energy's Rebate Program. I worked with GoWireless, a business with 700+ locations nationally, in maintenance of existing stores and the lighting design and lighting control requirements of new stores. I also designed and sold one of the largest Eaton Wavelinx lighting control systems at the time that included five control hubs and more than one hundred fixtures.

I plan, prepare and estimated the lighting fixtures and controls on new and remodel construction projects throughout the Vegas Valley for electricians. I exceeded 2015 sales goal by more than 28% by developing new customer relationships to grow existing customer base. I also manage the local lighting inventory including product mix and selling strategy.

I provided support in the daily lighting quotations on new construction and tenant improvement projects in Las Vegas. I managed the quotations for all out of town projects and developing new systems for soliciting vendor quotes for these projects. I also developed new business opportunities within NEDCO's current customer base and business opportunities with new customers. I was on pace to exceed 2014 sales goal by more than 10%. I grew vendor relationships with existing and new business partners.

Oversaw the ordering and delivery logistics of light fixtures and light bulbs for new and existing construction projects. Maintained a global portfolio of 20 - 30 projects ranging from schools, parks, government projects, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and retail spaces. Provided customers with quick and affordable lighting solutions as needed.Developed a real time internal system for capturing and storing quotation and current project information. In an effort to create a standardized paperless system, all lighting department team members can instantly view the status of a quotation or an on-going project.

I oversaw the business development and marketing for a start-up involving the storing and organizing of paperless receipts. Completed market research and customer surveys while engaging in Twitter and Facebook marketing campaigns.

While working at IMPACT Companies, I assisted the President with daily operations of several companies and implemented cost saving measures for the President without sacrificing quality. I utilized Microsoft Office to assist with various task from document and spreadsheet creation to calendar management to graphic editing. I also managed events, monitored and increased office morale, and other tasks that assisted the President.

In this position, I directed repairs for existing properties and arranged revitalization for new properties according to State and Federal laws and regulations. I also examined and logged weekly property inspection report and simultaneously provided solutions to keep properties in pristine condition and in compliance with State and Federal guidelines.

In April 2008, I transitioned to the Student Ministry Event Director. I planned and led a giant food fight for over 500 middle school and high school students. I also planned serving opportunities for over 100 students in a single day. The apex of this position was organizing and leading the first Camp on Campus experience for middle school and high school students. This experience was designed to replace a typical summer camp experience dramatically reducing the normal cost per student. The camp was a great success and deeply affected many students' lives.

In this position I added worship to previous intern job responsibilities. I maintained and expanded the number of students that were involved in the worship teams and developed leaders to help mentor and guide the students involved in their lives and in leading worship for their peers. In July 2007, I transited the student worship teams from a system led by adults to a system led by students. This system worked well as I saw students leading a band and their peers in engaging worship sessions.

Starting as an intern, just out of college, I assisted with production needs for Middle School and High School weekend services. Using a combination of students and adults, I created sets for the stage, trained students to run the sound, lights, and ProPresenter for the weekend services, created videos and dramas, and led creative planning meetings for all of Student Ministry staff.
