■ Provide systems engineering support in a variety of roles:o Led secure network appliance’s Common Criteria certification through NIAP. Coordinated efforts between evaluation lab and internal development team. Analyzed requirements and supported the Agile software development process.o Worked with a partner company to manage a DARPA program to evaluate of Guardtime’s technology.o Manage secure network appliance production and hardware supplier. ■ Support the Q27/Q29 Midwave EO-IR imaging systems product line in a variety of roles including Development Electronics Lead, Production Electronics Lead, CAM, and BDo Provided expertise of video processor board to guide system upgrade. Performed trade studies, defined requirements, designed electronics, managed hardware (electronics, firmware, & software) development, selected and managed supplier, and managed hardware transitioning to production. Coordinated logistics efforts for field retrofits. • Interpreted military specifications to design micro-controller based electronics for military vehicles from concept to production. Achieved customer satisfaction and gained new customers through design performance.• Duties included circuit designing (analog/power/digital), writing VHDL for CPLDs, stress and worst case analysis, board testing, system integration, holding presentations and design reviews, production testing support, worked with different disciplined engineers to provide system specification, and writing project documentation.• Investigated and learned the operations and functionalities of different vehicles electronics to determine the root cause of test failures. Responded to these incidents by writing Failure Analysis and Corrective Action reports.

• Led and completed an R&D design project. Used Pspice and OrCAD to help with the design analysis and process.• This project used a microcontroller to collect analog and discrete signals from various parts of a vehicle and reports them through RS-485, RS-232, and a Control Area Network (CAN) bus.• Assisted Sr. engineers with test development of electronics. Created test plans, designed test fixtures, tested military electronics, and documented findings and results.
