My core competencies include process improvement, video surveillance system installation and operation, as well as airline operations and aircraft security. I am currently First Aid , AED and CPR certified. I have developed and applied these skills in my previous roles as a general manager at CubeSmart, a motor vehicle registration and licensing agent at the California Department of Motor Vehicles, ticketing and gate agent as well as a Customer Service Manager at American Airlines. I am passionate about delivering quality service and enhancing public trust and confidence in respected employers and their programs.
