Le Slip Français is a company specialized in producing and distributing Made in France underwear and homewear.It is an adventure that started in 2011 in a garage with 600 briefs. Ever since, the company is committed to have a positive impact on society and the environment.Le Slip Français wants to reinvent a sustainable textile industry.As the merchandise planning director, I was in charge of : - Managing a team of 4 persons- Building the annual purchasing Budget- Managing the global product margin- Defining the annual collection plan - Defining all purchased quantities per product- Tracking the product performances and adapt the quantities bought- Managing the product prices- Reviewing the collection performances- Managing the shops supply (14 shops in France)- Taking part in the board committees

During this period, I was finishing my studies. I was working for Le Slip Français in Paris 3 weeks per month, and studying my master degree in Grenoble Ecole de Management one week per month.During this one-year period, my main missions were the following : - Sales Analysis- Collection performance review and collection comparative analysis- Merchandise planning- Tracking product supply chain (procurement, stocks)- Managing all the customer surveys, from the building to the analysis- Market and competition analysis - Benchmark

DAHU is a student association in charge of producing and distributing a touristic guide for the city of Grenoble. As the sales business developer, I was in charge of :- Selling advertising inserts- Setting sales target- Managing the sales team (8 persons)
