Current- Promoted to oversee Strategic Accounts team within Los Angeles office, managing annual volume of $20M in client projects encompassing design, furnishing, installation, warehousing, and workplace solutions.oRetain.
- Lead team of three Account Managers and two Sales Coordinators in supporting needs of enterprise clients across industries ranging from workplace and healthcare to government/military and higher education.
- Foster positive and trusting client relationships to bolster retention and satisfaction rates; resolve team & client questions and concerns during end-to-end process as first point of contact for escalated issues.
- Differentiate PeopleSpace against competitive offerings by researching client needs, corporate goals, business practices, and performance criteria to provide customized and creative solutions.
- Negotiate and maintain long-term business contracts with clients and third-party vendors; collaborate with Haworth and additional manufacturing partners on pricing agreements and product specifications.
- Position company for continual growth in high-potential markets by spearheading new business development efforts, partnering with existing national clients to set and enforce sales standards across all company locations.
