As a general practice surveyor at Vigers prior to merger with Grimley JR Eve mainly carrying out valuations for loan security purposes and conducting rent reviews on behalf of both landlords and tenants.Subsequently in the valuation department at Grimley JR Eve specialising in one-off valuations of specialist properties including educational premises, car parks, etc.Subsequently in the rent review department (for non-management clients). Qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.Joined the (then) GVA Grimley research team in 1995 specialising in office and industrial sectors across the UK
