Handled all aspects of delivery including negotiating schedules, reviewing technical and legal deliverables and supplying international distributors and sales agents with all necessary elements. Oversaw all clearance matters for source materials including clip and music licensing for productions and acquisitions. Worked closely with the marketing departments to review and clear all marketing materials worldwide. Maintained and managed key relationships with guilds and Motion Picture Association of America.

One of a five Miramax employees asked to remain to handle the sale of the $650 million dollar Miramax Films library. Successfully closed all outstanding business matters and delivered hundreds of titles to buyers.

Negotiated key elements of acquisition and distribution rights agreements for six to ten films per year with budgets in the range of $20 to $100 million. Additionally managed and serviced all international distributors of several hundred titles. Was also able to offset marketing costs by licensing content to foreign distributors.

Successfully negotiated and took technical and legal delivery of all productions and acquisitions with budgets in the range of $20 to $30 million. Negotiated licensing of source music for feature film productions as well as generating music licensing fees for the studio by licensing out Focus owned score to advertising companies across the country.
