About Christopher Brew
As a Visiting Associate Professor at The Ohio State University and a Principal Data Scientist at LexisNexis, I teach and do applied AI and NLP. I have over 30 years of experience in computational linguistics, machine learning, and software development.I am the author of a textbook on Language and Computers, and a member of the Association for Computational Linguistics. I am proud of being the main advisor for around 18 Ph.Ds (approximate, because there are administrative edge cases). I have an h-index of 33 as assessed by Google Scholar, and am a co-author on a recent textbook on Language and Computers.
