We are vertically integrated with an in-house management team to have full control of our assets/expenses to ensure target returns are met for both the investors and our firm. || Company Mission ||Our primary objective is to provide value to our investors by accumulating residential housing units in A/B locations, within the greater Phoenix metro, where housing supply is severely constrained to ensure healthy year-over-year rent growth, appreciation, and liquidity when time comes to exit the asset for a substantial profit.
