About Chris Ripley

I hate Waste People or computers don't have a definition of things. If you don't know what a thing is, then how can you efficiently handle it? My background in a bit eclectic. I have been (and in some cases continue to be): Chemist focused on rheology of non Newtonian Fluids and synthetic modifiers for organic adhesives, Sales Trainer with over 200 active students and over 1,200 students trained, Chief Technology Officer, CEO...... and in all of those cases I was a founder. But as a broad overview, my focus has always been on Waste. Why are things, or time, or both being Wasted. There lacks a language of things. Until now no company has attempted to classify things like consumer products in a way that objectively communicates a product's physical and chemical properties. If we as a society want to manage natural resources, and we know that products are made using those resources, then it follows that we must know what resources products use. Not just the water in the bottle, but the bottle itself, the cap, the label, the case packaging, and all transport packaging. The Smarter Sorting Product Genome does all of this... and the largest retailers and manufactures in the world rely on it to power the classification of products for the entire supply chain.
