Responsible for design, development and administration of all global broad based compensation, executive and equity compensation and financial benefit programs for EMC. • Global Compensation – Ensure EMC is providing competitive global compensation programs as it relates to base pay, incentive and equity compensation.• Executive Compensation – Work in partnership with the EVP of HR to lead and execute all work related to the Compensation Committee of EMC Board of Directors. Collaborate with Legal on the annual Proxy Statement including the compensation tables for the CD&A. Lead the design of all executive cash and equity incentive plans. Conduct annual benchmarking for 300+ executives which includes the proxy analysis for the CEO and Named Executive Officers.• Equity Plan - Manage the stock program for all employees worldwide. Conduct an annual review of the plan with respect to competitiveness, shares outstanding and dilution analysis.• Mergers and Acquisitions – Lead all M&A activity for the Global Compensation team as it relates to due diligence, job mapping, and equity and cash retention plans• Executive Benefit Programs – Manage EMC’s 401(k) Plan and Deferred Compensation Retirement Program in which Directors and above participant in. Partner with benefits outsource provider on annual enrollment, plan communications and ongoing administration.• Manage, coach and lead the global compensation team which consists of a 3 Sr. Compensation Mangers, 1 Financial Rewards Manger, 4 Compensation Consultants, 4 Senior Compensation Analysts, and an Equity Program Manager.
