Having clinical, access, and financial information in the same platform helps hospital systems, municipalities, and General Practitioners save money and time, improve quality through safety features, and more easily coordinate their work.As a Project Manager on the International Implementation team, I work directly with our customers as they transition to our software, making modifications to fit their workflows, sharing best practices from other customers, and keeping the installation timeline on track. I focus on Analytics and Reporting, ensuring our customers can meet national report requirements for billing and data collection and helping them leverage the data within their organization to make better operating decisions and continuously improve patient care.I'm currently working with Children's Health Ireland (CHI) in Dublin, to implement Epic's software for the first time in the Republic of Ireland. While living in Trondheim, Norway, I worked with Helseplattformen to set up a new organization that would adapt, resell, and support Epic's software in the mid-Norway region. This project represented the first time that all healthcare workers have the option to be on the same platform, including the hospital trusts in Helse Midt-Norge, municipalities in the region, and General Practitioners.

While in Epic's main office in Verona, Wisconsin, I worked directly with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, and South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Massachusetts, as they moved from their previous Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to Epic's software. I also consulted with multiple other customers during this time on how to improve their governance and steering, in addition to hands on support to enable new features in their systems.
