Assisted in preparations for accreditation with agency leaders and work groups for each of the standards by reviewing evidence drafts and providing feedback, making recommendations for new/revised practices, and providing guidance regarding the COA site review process. Following the site review, the following was received: "...Good to hear from you! I have not had a chance to loop back and say thank you for all your help. Accreditation went as well as it could have, I think. You were a big part of that outcome. We are super grateful. The accreditors made a point to say we had a very robust and well done self-study."

Call center takes referrals of children for crisis psychiatric evaluation and ensures the dispatch of correct SASS provider (on-call).

Primary responsibility was management of the Youth in College Program for Cook County, IL., which included consultation with youth and caseworkers regarding post-secondary options as well as timely processing of referrals. Also participated in several work groups within the Department that were charged with implementing new mandates (School Readiness Initiative for 3 - 5 year olds in state care), or revising existing programs to meet best practice standards (Life Skills, Youth in College).

Early childhood education agency for children 18 months - 5 years. Mastered early childhood accreditation standards and used them as a framework for revision of job descriptions, performance plans, and bi-annual evaluations. Worked closely with Board and key staff to keep agency functioning through numerous challenges.
