I am driving this business of power Quality Audit, Energy Efficiency Audit, Energy Saving retrofits to save Energy at Lighting load, Air conditioning load, chiller, Motor operating at partial load. BEE has certified my team to do Energy Efficiency Audit.

I am heading specialized Technical services division & UPS service division of Infiniti power. I am responsible for sales of Energy Savers, Power Quality Audit, Energy Efficiency Audit, Grounding Bonding, Lightning Protection system, Surge Protection system, Chemical Grounding System, Battery, UPS and also responsible for over all customer satisfaction as well as post sales service delivery activities.

Headed a team of 15 software Engineers in India to ensure timely installation, configurations and operations ( pre & post ) launch of voice SMS Systems in India, Middle East, Africa, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE etc.

Headed sales & service team for the promotion of GE Digital Energy Make high KVA UPS System ( 30-400 KVA). I was responsible for Pre sales technical evaluation of solution to be offered to the customer and also to ensure post sales customer satisfaction through well defined service delivery process & customer feed back.

I was responsible for timely delivery of service after sales of Industrial UPS in North Zone
