Expatriate within Sagem Mobiles Research & Development Ningbo (SMRDN) in China− Member of Software Department management team; defined and setup a new Software Department organisation (100+ people)− Supervision of Software Project Leaders and directly manage 25 persons− Human Resource Management (recruitment, objectives, appraisals, training plans, competencies management)− Technical interface to Business Units, Marketing and Product Management− Thirdparty vendor management: definition of SoW (Statement of Work), of customer acceptance and quality criteria, monitoring project deliverables− 3G software project budget definition and control: up to 3M€ per project, representing 500 men.month distributed in France and in China− Maximize usage of 2G platform and applications in order to reduce R&D costs and deliver software for entry-range products with aggressive schedules− Implementation of innovations for entry-range mobile phones (music player, motion sensor, Instant Messaging, SMS conversation threading)
