In this role, I am responsible for assisting the I.T. department with their HelpDesk tasks. I help troubleshoot problems that teachers from the high school submit. Mostly this involves computer repair, program installation or connectivity issues. Other responsibilities include enrolling computers into system management program and acting as the liaison between the IT department and high school teachers.

While working at this job, my primary focus is to teach Introduction to Physical Science. This is primarily a 9th grade class. In my experience at Agawam High School, I have also taught chemistry, Horticulture, Environmental Science, and Marine Biology.

I am the Audio-Visual Technician at Agawam High School. Through this job, I have worked closely with the Information Technology Department to try and provide Agawam High School with modern equipment related to providing a technologically-driven education. To date, I have overseen two projects that involved renovating and adding new equipment to the school's auditorium.

During my career in Chicopee, I taught Honor's Chemistry , Standard Chemistry, Applied Chemistry and Honors Introductory Physics (a freshman year course). In this school, I perfected my skills in classroom management. I worked with colleagues to review and improve the science courses at CCHS. In particular, we worked to develop a curriculum schedule and materials for Chemistry. The following year we continued work to make the same improvements for Introductory Physics.
