CurrentDescription: Oversight of the Pricing, Planning and Operational functions for the Ad Sales support teams. Implement best practices for identifying use of our primary asset, our inventory. Leadership and development for team of 3 Directors, 2 Managers and their support staff.Key achievements: Bringing all key Ad Sales support functions under one umbrella for seamless integration, process improvement and in house training for cost savings and targeted staff development.Creation of policy & procedure, process improvement, project management.Develop business analytics models to support pricing and inventory strategies specific to each media market.Leadership, staff recruitment & development, team building including multiple internal promotions and creation of Business Analytics role.
